2. Delivery Process
Once your project is finalized and payment terms are met, our logistics team will schedule the delivery of all necessary components to your installation site. You will be notified at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth offloading process.
3. Inspection on Delivery
It is the client's responsibility, or that of their designated representative, to be present at the time of delivery to inspect the components for any visible damage. Any discrepancies or damage must be reported to the Dakshayani Enterprises delivery coordinator immediately.

Return and Refund Policy
This policy details the terms related to returns and refunds for services and products provided by Dakshayani Enterprises.
1. Order Cancellation & Refund
A customer can cancel their order within 7 days of signing the agreement and paying the advance. A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount. No refund is applicable after the components have been procured for the specific project.
2. Returns
As solar projects are custom-designed and installed, the return of installed components is not possible. In the case of a manufacturing defect discovered prior to installation, the specific component will be replaced as per the manufacturer's warranty policy.
