• Advance Payment Refundability: Upon signing the agreement and initiating the project, we require a 10% advance payment. Customers who cancel their project within 24 hours after making this payment, and before any material has been dispatched, are eligible for a 50% refund of the token amount. Refunds are not applicable if materials have been dispatched.
• Non-Refundable Site Visit Fee: To provide the best solar installation experience, we conduct thorough site visits. This site visit fee is non-refundable but is adjusted in the final project bill if the project proceeds. Charges vary based on the distance from Ranchi, and customers are encouraged to confirm these details before booking a site visit.
• Customized Orders: If you request customizations or upgrades after the initial project design, please note that refunds will not be applicable after the production process has begun. This ensures that every customized solar installation meets precise specifications without compromising project timelines.
• Refund Exceptions: Refunds are not applicable for additional charges like special transportation fees or component upgrades once these services have been initiated. Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

Dakshayani Enterprises provides a comprehensive warranty on all solar systems and components. We believe in delivering reliable solar energy solutions with guaranteed longevity and performance.

• Solar Panels Warranty: All solar panels installed by Dakshayani Enterprises come with a 25-year performance warranty, ensuring peace of mind and a secure investment in sustainable energy. This warranty guarantees:
  • First 10 Years: 90% of the original power output.
  • Up to 25 Years: 80% of the original power output.
  • These warranties are in full compliance with the standards set by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), ensuring that all products meet the highest industry benchmarks.
• Other Component Warranties: Every component beyond the solar panels—such as inverters, structures, and wiring—is backed by a minimum 5-year warranty, ensuring a dependable system throughout its lifespan.
• Maintenance and Support: Along with warranties, Dakshayani Enterprises provides a complimentary 5-year maintenance and service package, which includes regular inspections and servicing to ensure optimal system performance. This service commitment ensures a seamless solar energy experience without interruptions.

• Customer Rights: Customers have the right to access and update their personal information. You may request the deletion of personal information from our records upon the completion of your project and related support obligations.

Our terms and conditions define the procedures, obligations, and commitments involved in each solar project. By purchasing our solar solutions, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment Structure: Dakshayani Enterprises follows a milestone-based payment plan:
  • First Payment (Advance - 10%): Required to initiate the project and secure materials.
  • Second Payment (For Bank-Financed Customers): The full loan amount must be paid once materials are ready and before delivery. Installation will proceed following delivery.
  • Second Payment (For Non-Bank Financed Customers): 70% of the project cost is due once materials are ready, before their dispatch.
  • Final Payment: Due when installation begins; the inverters and batteries (for hybrid systems) are delivered during this phase.
• Incentives for Timely Payments: Customers who make timely payments within two days of notification are eligible for a 2% discount on the total project cost and receive priority installation, ensuring quicker project completion.
• Subsidy and Loan Options: Dakshayani Enterprises offers government-backed subsidies and easy financing for residential installations. Customers can apply for loans under the PM Surya Ghar program at favorable interest rates, helping make solar energy accessible to all.
• Modifications and Cancellations: Dakshayani Enterprises reserves the right to modify terms, including financing or referral programs, without affecting projects already underway.

Dakshayani Enterprises provides reliable and timely delivery of all components needed for your solar installation. Our shipping and delivery policy covers all regions within Jharkhand, with additional charges applied to specific remote locations.

• Local Deliveries within Jharkhand: Standard delivery to any location within Jharkhand is included in our project packages. Remote district deliveries, including Deoghar, Dumka, Godda, Pakur, Sahebganj, and Garhwa, incur a nominal fee of ₹5,000.
• Project Phasing and Delivery: To streamline the installation process, we coordinate delivery in multiple phases based on project requirements:
  • Initial Delivery (Panels and Structure): Once the system is ready, solar panels and structures are delivered as the first phase.
  • Final Delivery (Inverter and Batteries): Inverters and batteries (for hybrid systems) are delivered and installed during the installation phase.
• Priority Delivery for Timely Payments: Customers with prompt payment histories are given priority in delivery scheduling, ensuring an expedited installation process.
• Delivery Adjustments for Bulk Installations: Large projects, such as installations for group housing societies, may follow customized schedules to ensure efficient delivery and assembly.
